Constantly tried to upsell me on work my usual dentist never recommended. I only went here because they could get me in for a cleaning. I got a huge surprise bill 2 months later as well, that I have no intention of paying. What a scam. I should have known better just based on how much advertising this guy does.

The staff at Keene Smiles is a true team, they are all patient centered and work together so well. Everyone in this office is so personable and professional. The office has state of the art equipment which makes dental appointments quicker and more comfortable. Can’t say enough about this wonderful dental office!

I've gone to Dr. Keene for years and have really liked him, but his practice has gotten more factory-like with less and less time face to face with him. On top of that, on my last visit they were 30 minutes late and kind of rushed me through my filling (or at least that's how it seemed). Even though I've liked him in the past, I wouldn't recommend his practice at this point and don't intend to go back myself.

He and his staff are excellent practitioners. They are friendly and explain everything thoroughly both before procedures and as they proceed through procedures. I would not go to any other dentist!

My family has been going to Dr Keene for about 15 years--we've sent close friends and family to him as well and they've become patients for life. My child needed a soft tissue graft and implant to correct shoddy work from her orthodontist, and Dr Keene and staff took care of the problem as the high quality professionals they are! Friendly, all the best equipment, and constantly checking in with my child to be sure she was doing Ok during the procedure. Great post op care instructions and follow up as well. We'll never go anywhere else!
