He's the Best
My entire family have been patients of Dr. Herd's since we moved to Southern California in the early nineties. His care is top notch and his staff is simply the best. Appointments are always on time, staff is professional and caring, and Carly at the front runs the office like a well-oiled machine. In all the years I've been seeing him I've never had one issue or concern with the care received. They dropped my health insurance several years back, and I still won't go to anyone else.

Absolutely excellent every time. I have had a lot of dental work over my years and he and his staff are the BEST EVER. Kind, courteous, gentle, efficient, and friendly. Never encountered any "rudeness" and I go every 3 months for cleanings. I have been going to Herd & Assoc. for over 11 years, several crowns and gum issues, etc. Love them!!

Dr Herd and his Hygienists are the best. Very gentle. I have been seeing them for years and they always take great care of me and my family.

As soon as he heard I was losing my group insurance due to retirement he wanted me to replace 4 crowns. Taking advantage of insurance companies and patients is not my cup of tea.

Excellent dentist and hygentist, however the rudeness of the younger office girl wipes out anything good I have to say. Her nasty attitude makes the entire experience dreadful.
