My elderly father broke a tooth at his facility, and they worked him into their schedule and got him taken care off. Doctors and staff are friendly, caring, gentle, and they explain everything. Highly recommend!

Went to them because VA community care referred my veteran husband. Got exam, they referred him next door to Endo for a root canal. They told me that they had to confirm with the VA the follow up crown appt, which they did as they told me when they called me back. Went to the appt today and they scheduled my husband for something different. When we started asking questions, the staff was rude, combative, and dismissed us. Apparently they didn't have the report from the office that is located next door, because it is "not our job to run after paperwork". The lady that directly deals with the VA said that it "isn't my job to communicate with the client", when asked why we weren't told. The office never told us any treatment plan during any visit or call, just the root canal and crown. Went directly to the VA to complain and change dentists. The office was magically able to email the VA (the ones paying!) saying they dismissed my husband from care. No accountability or professionalism.

A few weeks ago, I had a serious problem with one of my teeth, I called Dr. Archombaulds special line and explained my problem, He called me back and told me he would open his office as it was on a Saturday. Thats what I call real professionalism thank You Dr.Arhombault.
