Dr. Chung is a very good dentist and made me feel comfortable but her front office staff was horrible and unprofessional. They will gossip in front of you about other patients and staff members instade of helping you out first. Make appointments for you without your knowledge and calls you to tell you missed an appointment you never made. Messed up on appointment dates, that you made. Blame other dental staff on their mistake. They have bad communication with each other.
