Make sure Dr. Gruen looks in your mouth before he begins any procedure on you or your family members. The staff do not explain all the procedural options available for all procedures. This costs me over $400 because my tooth did not have to be surgically removed, which meant my insurance would not pay for the anesthesia they used to knock me out with. If this doctor had looked inside my mouth before I was knocked out, he could have numbed my jaw, pulled the tooth, & saved me the $$$.
