Explains everything clearly and does it very well
I've been a 'dentophobe' since childhood, when I wasn't allowed to have anything to dull the pain (don't ask). As a result, I was so afraid of any dental visit that I would always need nitrous, even for a cleaning! A few years ago I was lucky to get a referral to Dr. Lombardi. An all-woman office, the atmosphere there is so relaxed and cheerful it doesn't feel like a dental visit to me (was that just laughter??). I even stopped needing any gas at all - that's how completely I trust in Dr. Lombardi's skill, caring, and honesty about what should be done. (We actually discuss it together and I always have options.) Josie has done a number of procedures for me and I'm very happy with the results. The staff is also friendly and competent and the teeth-cleaners are gentle, hooray!!
