Dr Samad Ghinwa has no experience with crown work on teeth. She did a crown work on my wife's teeth and the crown fell off in 3 months. It was not broken at all. Now towne center dental just wants to shrug off from the responsibility of fixing that crown that fell due to the poor job done by Dr Samad. Beware of this dentist she does not have experience and you could end up in pretty expensive fixes for jobs done by this dentist.

I'd worst experience with this dentist.. My daughter had stopped going to dentist out of fear.

My worst dental visit ever had was with Dr. Samad. During a whitening treatment, she (chemically) burned my mouth and tongue. Rather than acknowledge a mistake and apologize, she got rude with me when I asked questions about the "problem." Then in front of me, she argued about the situation with the staff who had told me the truth about the burns.
I received no follow-up call. The office she previously worked at has closed.
I would never use a dental office that employed her. Horrible.
