Dr. Gerhard Goorhuis, DDS

Dr. Goorhuis and his staff- office manager Deb, hygienist Sherry, assistants Maria and Jordan, are conscientious, reliable and professional. My care has been the best I've had anywhere, any time. Recently I needed an extraction and partials repaired. Dr. Goorhuis is a dental artist and he is really good. Thanks everybody!

He and his staff are friendly and professional. I have been seeing him for at least 3 years. It's sad that he has low reviews because of office help. There is no other dentist that I would rather see and I travel from a larger town with many dentists.

Spent 6mos driving to appts, underpaid office staff gravely lack professionalism. Very shady w/billing, makes patient pay cash, and then bills ins long after fact. Past and current patients should double check ALL. My simple inquiry resulted in being dropped as patient, only having temp sub-standard fix, yet paid in full. Awful ethics, did not honor agreements, has no respect for patients stated wishes. Perhaps he used to have merit, but those days are over. Getting my refund whatever it takes, then plan to forget nightmare. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.

The Doc is great. Patient and thorough. He takes the time to explain what you have (or don’t have), and the action if any he’d like to do for your dental health. Regard the staff, he works hard to create a great working atmosphere, and puts to use his lively sense of humor to accomplish it. So my hearty endorsement is to take your teeth to Dr. Gary! Your smile will thank you!

Dr Goorhuis is one of the most talented, compassionate and witty dentists in existence. His office staff complement his personality and maintain an aura of firendlyl hospitality. Dr. Goorhuis has superior skills and a great deal of creativity, which he employs for all his patients. His dentistry is worth much, much more that the modest fees his office charges.

As a family we have been going to Dr Goorhuis and have had amazing experiences every time we walk in the door for last 8 years. He does excellent work, prompt appointments, great office staff and assistants. His dental work is of great caliber as it stays in excellent shape for years. So nice to find an excellent dentist in such a small town. We would not go any where else! Oh yeah, did I say they have a great sense of humor too!

Office is nice, Hygienist is nice... BUT Since I started using his office, three times I have had problems with my appointment. #1: I had an appointment, and showed up to a closed office. The office went on vacation and did not bother to call or write. #2&3: I showed up and they had a different time than I had. Both times I had the little sticky with the appointment on it in my appointment book... Secretary: We don't always call to confirm. I will find a Dentist who confirms appts.
