Dr. Gerald White, DDS

Great experience! Dr. White was very thorough and his staff was awesome.

I am very unhappy with the work done on my daughter's teeth. Gerald White's office does orthodontics even though he has no specialty license. My daughter has excessive amounts of glue on her teeth. Often times the brackets are loose and wires are sticking in her cheeks. The chain has broken and the office manager would not help with getting her in to see the technician. I say technician because that is who does the work. The doctor pops into see what she has done. This I know from my daughter because the staff will not allow me to speak to the doctor. I am currently trying to get a refund for some of my money because I can no longer bring her there because of the shoddy work and business practices. The office manager is full of excuses and accusations blaming my daughter for the problems.

The women that answer the phone do not relay messages to the business manager, Carol. Dr. White never seems to be available when we need to ask him questions. Our daughter has been under his care for 6 months and we have not heard or seen a progress report. They have misdirected us about our appointments... delaying a Regular Hour appointment because of a missed appointment due to a situation involving a Snow event in Pennsylvania. I do not recommend Dr. White’s office for Orthodontics. He may be a good dentist, but lacks in the Orthodonics.

He is the best dentist by far. My kids love him
