The front desk staff are very rude and rushed. They did my little boys crown and it fell out within a week, traumatized him while he was there holding him down and would not schedule us any sooner than a month and a half away when his tooth started hurting. Went to another pediatric dentist and just had to pay for it since they didn’t take our insurance and the care he received was unmatched. Wild smiles was so attentive and made him feel safe even when he was scared. They are a true pediatric dentist. I didn’t know how good his care could be until I went to wild smiles. Dr shorts office was never that attentive or caring. I would pay out of pocket a thousand times again to receive the great care we did at wild smiles. Won’t be back to dr shorts after all of this. I called to cancel our upcoming appointment and was hung up on. That really shows their character and compassion.

He was my doctor when I was little and now he is my kids doctor. He is great! I've called about something happening to my daughter and he had us come right in. We showed up one day and they just locked the doors they opened them to see what was wrong and we were seen right then. My kids have other health problems and they even call their doctors tooffice make sure he can use certain things on them. Him and his son are the best in my book!

I explained weeks earlier that the child was autistic and would probably not cooperate and would need to be sedated. They quickly decided to forgo any x-rays (wth!) and did a cursory exam with a light and mirror, dabbed a swab with a little fluoride on his front teeth and pronounced him cavity free. I drove an hour and a half one way with an autistic 5 year old and a 3 yr. old for THAT? My family dentist could have done it for half the cost and a 15 minute drive. Wasted day
