Bedside Manner!
I received a root canal from Dr. Lawley about a week ago........Dr. Lawley is efficient. He will get your root canal done. But him and his office staff lack good in-person interactions. They need to update their customer service-bedside manner. I posted a full review on google to explain why I feel this way.

Very kind
Front office staff very nice and busy. No wait time. Dr Lawley was very nice. Did not have any pain during the procedure. I had heard a million horror stories regarding g root canals so I was very nervous. His assistant was great explained everything. Dr Lawley is an Air Force vet so thank you dr Lawley. I recommend very highly…

Dr. Lawley and his staff were phenomenal! Dr. Lawley was thorough, compassionate, efficient and most importantly He saved my tooth! I have heard he is the best and he definitely lived up to that reputation. His assistant Carol put my mind at ease and was very accommodating. Pam at the front desk and the other staff were helpful, informative and very friendly.

Not very impressed with this office. I called back to cancel my apt after researching other offices and prices. I was sent to a VM machine and left a message to cancel. They called the next day to confirm my appt. When I told her that I had called and left a message they said oh well we must not have gotten the message, he is usually really good at that. How are you not going to listen to a VM when you have it set up?!

Saw Dr. Lawley in Nov. 2015 for a route cannel, horrible bedside manner. Have had nothing but issues with the tooth since. Seemed more interested in rushing to get to the next patient then taking his time which I feel caused him to break the cap that was currently on my tooth he was working on. Would not recommend any one I know to go to him for dental care.
