Him and his staff made me feel at ease seeing as how I’m not a fan of dentistry.

I'm a new patient and my experience was very positive. The staff and dentist were welcoming, thorough and fun (good sense of humor). So glad I found them.

I was just there today! Everyone seems very friendly and welcoming. The office was cute too. Dr. Causey was nice, approachable and he explained my issues with me. I like that they are about building relationships and not just taking our money. I’m new, but my first impressions a positive one.

Dr Causey was wonderful with my 92 year old mother. He was very patient and caring with her. He was so helpful in trying to get her feeling better! Just a wonderful person…highly recommend!

Since I did not have a dentist in our new location I read reviews about dentist in our new location. They worked me in within a couple days. Office staff was friendly and helpful. Met Dr Causey and he came up with my plan and explained everything. Second Appt was getting my tooth ready for a crown. Other than the power going out mid drill, everything went great. Love that I’ve found our new dentist and look forward to many years of having a good dental practice to go to.

Dr Causey definitely cares about his patients. Explains things in a way you can understand. Takes time to answer questions. Legitimately wants to help.

I had an outstanding experience! They got me scheduled quickly for my first visit, and I was able to fill out the new patient forms online. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted warmly and genuinely by the staff. The office is clean, comfortable and well equipped. The dental assistant & hygenist put me at ease and truly listened to my concerns. When I told them I had some anxiety about dental visits, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I’ve known Dr Causey my entire life. We grew up across the street from one another but I hadn’t seen him in years since we were both at the Medical University in Charleston. This was my first visit as a patient and couldn’t have been more impressed. I have quite the mess inside my mouth but he and his staff made me feel comfortable from start to finish and quite frankly I’m scared to death of dentists due to a couple of very bad experiences over the years. But then it got to the point where I had to see a dentist. I chose Dr Causey. He is very informative and took the time to explain everything in detail to me. I had no wait time at all. His office is beautiful and inviting. I’ve never felt this comfortable at a dentist than I did with Dr Causey. If I could have given more than 5 stars, then I would have. I am amazed at Dr Causey’s skills. I had what I would call a bit of an issue with a fractured tooth. Compare to my previous dentist, I had such an amazing experience. The injection did not hurt at all. There was no “pinch”! He used the exact amount to not feel any pain and when I was finished, the numbness wore off almost immediately. I have experienced my mouth being Jim for almost a day at other places which is unpleasant. The other thing that I was amazed by is how fast he is. I swear he can fill a cavity in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend! Best, JD

Very personable and professional. I walked into the office and straight to the exam room. There was no waiting in the waiting room. I have been a patient at Dr. Causey’s office for years and have always had a good experience.
