Dr. George Ayoub, DDS

Excellent restoration on replacing a bridge. Coming from another state, it's very difficult to find a good dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Ayoub of McDowell Dentistry.

I recently moved and have been looking for a new dentist, McDowell dentistry made me feel right at home even more so than my last dentist! The moment I walked in the door, they were super inviting and helpful. Dr. Ayoub and his dental assistant were both very easy to talk to and personable, I genuinely feel like they look forward to seeing me again and I feel the same way :) 10/10 would recommend!

Dr. Ayoub has displayed way too many framed kudos and most recently, a life-size, floor-to-ceiling poster. I think that this is unprofessional.

I love this office! I have been seeing Dr. Ayoub for close to 4 years, he was a referral from a coworker after I had a bad experience with a different dentist. He took the time to ask what happened and corrected everything the previous dentist did. They overcharged us $1,300 in March and they were paid by insurance in May and they still have not paid us are overdue funds. They are now holding the money due to a cleaning that was done in late June that we already paid for . They are not very cooperative in this matter. I have been a patient for over a decade and he a) has a great bedside manner b) always employs latest technology and c) never ever takes a shaming approach only an affirming solution centered approach. Highly recommend!

I went in for an extraction of a wisdom tooth, but according to the woman in the front office, he will not extract it without a bone graft. The dentist did not say anything about a bone graft or whatever. She says this is what the dentist wants, and without it, he will not do the extraction. No one could explain to me what the bone graft was for or even what happens during a bone graft. The bone graft was about $50 bucks more expensive than the extraction itself. They're a bunch of con artist.

I was seeing Dr. Ayoub for a few years, from when he took over the practice from Dr. Warner. To me, Dr. Ayoub was on a mission to replace every filling in my mouth with a crown, and I felt like I needed a second opinion. He would not include an oral cancer screening unless I paid out of pocket. His dental techs were good but I never got the same one again, as his staff turnover was high. I have a new dentist in a new city who does not push crowns on me.

I have been going to McDowell Dentistry for quite a few years now. I used to really like my hygienist but she left a while ago and I just kept going even thought I was not crazy about Dr Ayoub. He recently was going to pull a tooth that when I had a second opinion on was told who would pull a perfectly good tooth. It only needed a root canal. But he will send you away with estimates for implants and bridges before even pulling it to stop our pain. NO WAY would I ever go back.
