I’ve always had a fear of going to the dentist. It’s been a very sensitive topic for me and I’ve avoided it for years! Dr. Jackson and his team made all those fears and insecurities go away. He was kind, caring and understanding. He informed me of all my options and we established a plan that I’m very comfortable with. I almost cancelled the week before because my anxiety was kicking in but I’m really glad I didn’t. I’m happy that I chose him to be my dentist.

you will not find a better dental experience !! i leave there completely satisfied and to be honest, wishing i worked there ...staff is so kind and happy ...you leave with a smile on your face just from spending time with them ...and that smile looks good ??

Dr. Jackson was very funny, personable and informative. He covered more than any other dentist I’ve gone to and really discussed the health of my teeth and future monitoring. I would certainly recommend his practice to anyone and the convenience in downtown Tampa is helpful as well.

I have been a patient for three years and have had Cleaning’s as well as a crown replacement. The doctor uses the latest technology and the staff are both friendly and will trade. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson and the staff. They are top notch.

Another awesome visit for a dental cleaning at Jackson Dental! Seriously, did this on my lunch hour and walked away refreshed ~ also, my husband and I highly recommend the electronic toothbrushes sold at Jackson Dental ~ our teeth stay cleaner and brighter between cleanings.

Love the professionalism and likability of Dr. Jackson and his staff. Love their sense of humor and feeling that they care. - Most importantly, I came home after having a crown and filling (each side of my mouth) and didn't feel like I had any dental work done later that night. Everything feels normal and even. Dr. Jackson is very patient with questions and tells you he will work at your pace and comfort.

Dr. Jackson and his staff provide exceptional service, are kind and friendly, and made me feel very comfortable on my first visit. His office is state of the art with all the newest technology, and I felt very confident in everyone who worked on me during my appointment (permanent crown).

I've had dental anxiety since childhood and it carried into adulthood. My worried husband (whose dentist is Dr. Jackson) finally convinced me to go in. Wow, I'm so impressed by the friendly staff and state of the art space. Lots of daylight pooring in from every angle and rooms contributes to a soothing experience (it doesn't feel like a clinic). Dr. Jackson and his team are very friendly and most importantly empathetic. Thank you Jackson team, you're all wonderful :)

Jackson Dental gives going to the dentist a whole new experience. Friendly smiles greet you at the door and then the state-of-the-art patient experience begins with a comfy chair, headphones, and your choice of watching TV or Netflix. When it's time to get down to business, Dr. Jackson and his team ensure that you fully understand what is to be expected. His knowledge, mannerism, patience, and friendly personality are the qualities that changed my dentist perception.
