1st, let me be clear, this has NO reflection on Dr Werkman or his hygenist Danielle's care. I went to his office (now owned by KeepMISmile) earlier this month for my cleaning, which was already 2 months behind due to the pandemic. After x-ray & measurements, I was informed I needed a scraping and root planing procedure. The kicker was that if I didn't agree right then, they wouldn't do my cleaning. After a brief discussion, I decided to get a 2nd opinion. I went back to my original dentist, who took new x-rays, because the e-mailed ones (who e-mails x-rays in lieu of sending actual films) didn't show the affected areas efficiently. Not only did he give me options, he listened to me, treated me with respect when I needed time to consider my options AND still did my regular cleaning. He didn't hold my care hostage and he didn't force me to make an immediate decision. It's sad to think that business,and money guide larger practices, the patient doesn't matter.

I have been seeing Dr. Werkman for many years and have found him and his staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Dr. Werkman without reservation.
