Dr. Gary Moeller, DDS

I have gone to Dr Moeller for several years now. He has taken considerable time to fix my dental issues and explains what actions he is taking. It is a one stop dentist, meaning he doesn't send you to another dentist for procedures. He has done root canals, crowns, implants, bridges and partials in addition to the normal dental procedures. I've never had any scheduling issues and they work well with you if you need to reschedule. They try to work with insurance companies and provide costs prior to initiating work. He is more expensive than other dentists, but you get what you pay for. I never have had issues with payments and they have provided me with payment history when requested. With extensive work, they have always explained the costs and what my insurance will pay. He has a full patient load, so it may take time to get an appointment, but again he will try to work you in if it is an emergency. I find him and his staff friendly and helpful.

Was told i owed a balance. Paid it on the spot. Asked for a statement. Office staff did not have a bill or statement for these charges. Told her i guess we will hash it out later. Had a few conversations about this on the phone with no solution. After about 20 emails to “ Brandi” of her babbling about insurance companies, she still could not produce a bill for the amount. I finally emailed I was done with this and told her i would find another dentist and to cancel my future appointments. I have been a client there for many many years. Although Dr. Moeller is a good dentist I will not tolerate paying money for no apparent reason. DO NOT PAY ANYTHING WITHOUT THEM PROVIDING A BILL FIRST!!! Did NOT get my money back either

Terrible, unethical so called dentist. Negative stars should be an option!!!!

Amazing experience! I personally have issues with confinement and have some very bad dental experiences. I believed to return to a demist i would have to be knocked out. The staff /Hygienist and Dr Moeller were all incredible. A truly caring staff who worked with my issues and didn't judge me for my oral neglect.

Amazing office. I was treated like family. I needed to get in for a abscess and they were able to see me same day, even on the phone they seemed very caring.

By far this was the best dental experience I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiling and friendly faces.
