Temporary cap fell out ! More then once ! And charged me $1000,00 for every crown I did get. Plus it's to much money. And I can't even afford the extra price for the cleaning anymore.

I used to like Dr. Milanesi but his shoddy work on three composite fillings in my two front teeth, which all came out within a month after the work was initially done, and his rotten practice of re-billing my insurance company leaves me no alternative but to seek another dentist. I have proof from a letter from my insurance company that he billed them again for replacement of a filling that came out and was obliged to repair free of charge.
