Dr. Gary Bills, DDS

Went to see this dentist only because my dentist retired. When in the chair Dr. Bills came in, never introduced himself, was rather rude and never saw my problem with my tooth. Never looked at my x-ray. I finally had to point out the issue with my tooth which made him look. He started to walk out, told the assistant what he'd do. The assistant informed him I had a recent hip replacement and was told to be on antibiotics. His reply was that my surgeon needed to get with the times...you don't need antibiotics!! Well Dr. Bills, you are sadly mistaken and should never be in practice! I canceled my next appointment and have found a much better dentist.

The worst! Have a severe infection, went to the clinic & saw a nice Lady dentist on Mon. She examined & saw how much pain I was in & wouldn't be able to numb me & didnt want to cause more pain. Said to come back every 48 hrs til the pain and swelling had improved enough to NOT cause more, which was so bad, 10 days & 4 diff antibiotics had not helped. Came back 48 hrs later to be met by Dr. Bills who didnt even bother to look in my mouth or ask about pain, infection or talk to me period before starting to jab a needle in my infected face causing SEVERE pain. He repeated this 6 times without letting me catch my breath. Left the room leaving me there crying in pain with his rude assist. He started to remove 1st tooth but I could feel everything so he stopped, said I could leave and go somewhere that offered sed or sit and take it. I chose sed, his assist. then said there was a 3 yr wait everywhere so he couldn't tell me anyone who would take me. LIE 2 calls later I have app 2 weeks away.

Saw him at a clinic that mainly serves low income clients; found him to be condescending and paternalistic, with no logical answers for my concerns other than he knew more than I do and I should not question his authority; had the gall to state that dental X-rays every two years are required by law! Needless to say, he did not touch my mouth, and I felt the need to leave the clinic immediately as he demonstrated incredibly unprofessional ( not to mention quite un-compassionate ) behavior. Cannot speak to his clinical skills, as his introductory comments were enough to make me run quickly! If you like chauvinistic ego driven care providers, by all means sign up with Dr Bills!

We've been going to Dr. Bills for years and our experience has been great. My husband has had horrific experiences with other dentist in his past. Dr. Bill is the only dentist he will see.

The worst dental experience of my life was with Bills. My daughter was tortured by this man. She had the same exact dental procedure done by another dentist 2 yrs prior without any pain or trauma. We go to Bills and he can't even give someone a numbing shot with causing them extreme pain. Such a horrific experience, it was unimaginable. Please don't ever allow your child to get dental work done by this man! I have such guilt & remorse for allowing my child to be seen by Bills
