To begin with, Barb in the front office is a "Gem"! From scheduling to getting the best from my insurance benefits. I've never dealt with a business with someone who cares so much. Thank you Barb! Secondly, Dr. Patterson is like a M.V.P. Super Bowl quarterback. He takes charge and is a complete professional. His skill level is unprecedented. I'm very grateful for how gentle and accurate he is. They do a great job cleaning and checking our teeth and I love that they don’t upsell a bunch of unnecessary procedures. A lifelong family dentist versus come in for a special off a coupon in a magazine.

I called in the morning with a concern about a possible fracture on a front tooth. I was seen in between scheduled patients . All was ok. Just a little discoloration which was corrected. I was seen by Dr. Patterson's associate. I forgot his name but he was very friendly and took care of my concern. No charge too. That's very nice. Thank you.

I have been going to Dr. Patterson since he opened his practice in Mokena. I would never go anywhere else. The staff is always friendly, professional, and competent. I recently moved one hour away from his office, but will continue to travel in for my appointments because I trust Dr. Patterson with the care of my teeth

Unexpectedly had a crown pop off while getting ready for work. I was able to see Dr. Patterson that morning to have it put back on. I appreciate how quickly I was able to have this fixed and was able to get to work in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks!!
