The staff is very polite and professional. With that said the doctor and owner of this office. Is an absolutely HORRIBLE person! His bedside manor is nonexistent! Two of my kids have been to this office one 17 one 12 Both of which have been to the dentist since they were 3 or 4 I mention that because they know how the dentist works and how it's not pleasant sometimes. This dentist from his manorisms to his lack of empathy and his lack of respect for his clients. Is unbelievable!! My son had been given his numbing meds, the doctor didn't even give it 5 minutes to take affect. He had a small cavity he came in and started drilling, my son jumped and put his hands up, because he was feeling pain. Told the doctor I use that term loosely. His response was.. put your hands down, I'm almost done! Rather then stopping immediately and allowing the meds to numb him more. He just continued to drill, my son jumped again. He yelled at my kid again. Don't go there!
