Dr. Gagan Uppal, DMD

Gagan Uppal is an unprofessional, unreliable and incompetent dentist. Liar too. If I could give him 0 points I would. Same goes for his practice. I went there in good faith to put 2 crowns in my upper jaw, which is one of the most simple procedures that almost any dentist can do. I asked for the most simple things: A1 color and to match my other teeth and jaw line. Even dentist Uppal agreed that I am asking very simple, basic things and the job was simple. After putting me through a long set of x-rays, which of course are very harmful to health, and after talking with him, a total of 55 minutes (x-rays plus talk plus waiting plus filling forms), never mind the driving there and back, another hour, he said they would call me back with details and to set up an appointment. to start the work, because he was too busy to start right away. 2 days later, nobody called me back, so I called and spoke to his assistant Maribel Alonso who confirmed that they were busy and they would call me back. Another 2 days after that I called their office in the middle of the day, Friday, a working day, and nobody answered! I called several times, but again, no answer! After that, I sent them an email asking what is going on, if and when they can see me to start the treatment. Same day his assistant called and left a message on my phone, saying that they cannot help me. She gave no reason for that. I find their behavior totally outrageous, weird, unprofessional and unacceptable and I wouldn't recommend to anyone going to this dentist and office

This young dentist is the most taldnted and fairest I have seen. I know a lot of bad dentists and thats why I appreciate so much his amazing skills, gentleness, knowledge, expertise, focus, and all that there is into excellence! A great human being you will be lucky to come across.
