Horrible experience!!!
Va paid money for a long time veteran to get new dentures and this dentist did a horrible job and refused to fix the problem!!! Do not choose this dentist if Veterans Administration give him as a choice for service!!

I have always had friendly and courteous services from the staff and from Dr. Ochave. He handles my anxiety and dental phobia very well and I always feel less pain when he has a procedure to do than any other doctor before. My hygienist is the best and takes special care with my sensitivity issues.

Been going there for past 13-14years and love it. I won't change it for anything.
Yes there are lots of areas they can improve but it is what is it everywhere you go there si be some lack on something.
The only reason I gave it 4 it's even though they are kid friendly it's not better than pediatric dentist just the office and equipment it's not like at pediatric dentist where all is less intimidating.

Please be aware that this office is horrible. The two young ladies working the front desk were rude!They made me feel like I was bothering them at check in & upon leaving. They didn't greet me with a smile or any pleasant gestures that makes you want to come back. Dr. Ochave work is not polished. Had pieces of filling and cotton left in my mouth! Felt like a factory & I was there alone. The office plays loud music pop/hiphop music while being treated! & What dentist runs out of floss? A reck!

Each and every time I have been seen in Dr. Ochave's office, I have been satisfied with the treatment and care administered by the staff and Dr.'s in the office. I enjoy getting my teeth cleaned and this office makes my experience that much better. The staff are fun, professional, and make the visit comfortable. I would and do recommend friends and family to go to Dr. Ochave's office for all of their dental needs.
