He is personable, knowledgeable, experienced, patient, gentle, and kind. His staff is super courteous and equally personable. He works with the staff and vice versa to provide professional and a coordinated care environment to the patient. We were disappointed with the dentists we've had in the past, but Dr. Alarcon has renewed our faith in good dentists. So glad we've finally found a great dental surgeon with technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and who makes you feel comfortable. He also has great communication skills, which adds to a sense of trustworthiness. We can't recommend him enough. You won't be disappointed, as we feel we got the best possible care. Dr Frank was awful. My visit was very disappointing. I had an 11:15am appt, I waited until 1230 when I was told he went on lunch. He finally saw me at 1:15 and misled me on what was needed and tried to recommend an unnecessary procedure, after only a few minutes. My second opinion confirmed that I should have read reviews before I saw him. Heed my warning and see someone else.

Horrible experience. Not only did they over charge they did not clean my Fiancé teeth correctly. He had to go see another dentist because of their horrible job. His teeth were hurting after being serviced and also causing him to have a headache. The new dentist at another location had to go over the work and re do what was done because they left decay and didn’t clean out the cavity correctly. Do not go here. They only care about taking your money. Nothing else.

At the moment I find myself taking an orthodontic treatment with Dr. Alarcon, it is incredible how the process of my smile has changed I had many problems when smiling now everything is changing, and I certainly paid attention to the recommendations they gave me to take a Due treatment and that lasts a little, I am very happy and excited with what awaits me, thanks dental specialists for helping me with my smile.

Today I had a root canal with dr frank . My experience was pleasant , no pain at all... I would recommend him to all my friends

I always thought root canals were scary and painful but Dr Frank was very efficient in her work and the procedure didn't give pain or discomfort. However, since the appointment was last minute, had to wait in a long queue as doctor is in demand.. Highly recommend Dr Frank!

I have worked in Healthcare since the 80s. A friend of mine that is "very close to him" recommended him to me. This Child had no idea what he was doing. I was blown away. Who is giving dental licenses in Miami? This "doctor" had no idea what he was doing. I said, "I'll just floss, dont worry about it" I got up and left. He was not Surprised, probably gets ill responses to his inability frequently. Every day I bet, good luck paying him. Medicare is a $35 Trillion unfunded liability, Healthcare is a Mess. Immigrants like this doctor make our System capitalistic and awful. STAY AWAY

Unprofessional, rude, short. It is no surprise that this dentist was educated in Cuba. I had to wait for an hour, then he was super short and it seemed did not know what he was doing. Do not see him, you will regret it
