Poor followup
2 root canals done at the same time following a crown lengthening leading to intense pain. The X-ray looked okay so the Endo blamed pain on inflammation of periodic tissue but temp crown was high for weeks causing bite problems and flare up of previous Tmg symptoms. I had to have my primary dentist adjust bite and order a new mouthguard.
