Dr Blethen (Endodontist) and her assistant do satellite office appointments where she does the root canals when needed in coordination with my Dentist who does the crown. After having a crown from some old past dental work pop-off my dentist did an exam and some x-rays and made the judgement that I would need a root canal. My dentist put on a temp crown and helped me schedule an appointment with Dr Blethen. On the day of my appointment with Dr Blethen (my first time meeting her). We have a conversation about my tooth, and she proceeds to do a very thorough exam with some temperature tests and more plus more additional x-rays, examines under the temp crown, then discusses it with the dentist. She comes back and explains the results of the tests and the consultation with my dentist and that I don't need the root canal today (Yeah!). Bottom line is she is a specialist who makes her living doing these procedures, but she does not do anything unnecessarily. Very Honest Provider!!!

Dr. Blethen had to do an emergency root canal on me. She worked me in through her lunch and was extremely accommodating. She tells you exactly what to expect up front and after. Honestly the best root canal of my life. From the moment she sat me in her chair and numbed me...My pain was gone. After 4 months from another dentists NOT listening to me; She fixed me right up and it only took an hour. Very competent and compassionate doctor indeed!!

Dr. Blethen is very friendly and explains thoroughly what she is doing. She answers your questions clearly and wants to make sure your questions or concerns are answered.
