BEWARE - Check your bill to make sure they bill your insurance company correctly. They overbilled my insurance company by a couple hundred dollars. The old guy in the office (I think it's her husband) finally fixed my bill after I kept telling him these procedures were never performed on me. Also, Dr. Afshar saw me for 10 seconds and billed me for an exam. WOW! I will never go there again.
