I was looking for some emergency dental treatment as it appeared I had an abscess forming around a tooth. Pros- Got me in at 9:30am on a Monday for an emergency walk in Accepted my insurance making it to where there was no fee initially for the day. Very friendly front desk/ dental assistant / dental hygenist Discounted day of cost for unexpected treatment not covered by my insurance Cons - From jump, every single person I spoke with, I informed them the main reason I wanted to come in was for antibiotics for the newly formed infection in my mouth. I have had a similar issue in the past and was prescribed penicillin to help reduce the infection so the swelling would go down. Not one person indicated it would be an issue to get such a prescription. I then met with Dr. Shawn Samad, who again I informed before any work was done that I mainly was there to get some form of antibiotics. He talked me in to getting a debridement cleaning which was not covered by my insurance so I would

Practice is run like a zoo running patients like cattle. The front desk staff can be plastic face smile upfront but trained to cover themselves, lie, throw any others under the bus rather than admit mistakes and dishonest billing. Dr. Samad while pleasant to his patients, overall arrogant and has taken on too much and it shows in his work and his practice. Poor workmanship, and takes no ownership for it. Unprofessional to have the dentist barking orders to his staff while clients are present

I had a great experience today at my crown appointment. I was having 1 tooth done and they noticed another crown was also cracked right next to it. I had just had that other crown done in June 2017, so they made me a new crown free of charge!!! Exceptional service from everyone :)

came in for 3 wisdom teeth extractions. process was very quick and painless. dr. samad and his team provided excellent care.

i came with a bad picture in mind but dr samad is an excellent dentist. i felt next to no pain and before i knew it, the whole procedure was done. i feel relieved and absolutely recommend him to anyone having any pain or discomfort dentally.

Dr. Samad saw me late on a Sunday for an emergency and worked hard to relieve my pain and set me up for further care. Root canal was painless and provided immediate relief. Very grateful for the practice's willingness to see me on a Sunday evening.

was scared at first but talking to the doctor really took away all of my worries and felt really at ease threw the whole procedure i'm no longer afraid of the dentist
