Long wait time.
I had a 11:00 am appointment with Dr Xia. She examined my mouth about 11:45 am. She left the room after about five minutes. She returned about 12:00 noon an check to see what needed to be done. She left the room again. A staff member cane in to advise how much it would cost at 12: 15. At this time she also stated that the doctor had other patients and wouldn't return until after 12:30. I advised the staff member that my appointment was 11:00 am an the doctor was already one and half hour late. A saff member told me to reschedule or continue to wait. Dr. Xai returned at approximately 12:40 to fill my tooth. She never apologized for being late. I left the office at approximately 1:00pm.
