Dr. Evgeni Goriounov, DDS

First time appointment.The office is located almost at the intersection of 2 roads, hidden at the back of the building. I couldn’t find that office and called receptionist. She said that I still have a time and she can’t talk because she had someone else. Very nice beginning! I found the office in 3 minutes and receptionist was alone, so she could answer my questions. I said that she could’ve the phone call in a different way, more approachable. Suddenly doctor appeared. He asked if I had GPS, and that’s only what I had to have. The first visit like that? I decided that I shouldn’t spend my time with the rude. Unprofessional person and definitely he shouldn’t be my doctor. No trust. I just said “Thank you “ and left that office. Thank you doctor and your receptionist for the 1st visit! It prevented me to have experiences with you.

My family and I have been to Dr. Goriounov for 20 years. He does a very thorough and excellent job cleaning our teeth, and we are very pleased that Dr. Goriounov cleans our teeth personally. We had tooth extraction and root canal and they were pain free. We were able to eat and chew soon after and did not need to take any pain killer at all (My relative did not listen to my recommendation and went to another dental surgeon for his wisdom teeth extraction and he was in pain for a few days). Dr. Goriounov is very knowledgeable and very pleasant. When my brother went for treatment without dental insurance, the charge was reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend Dr. Goriounov to anyone who would like to have an exceptional and amazing dentist !!!

They give the appointment that I need, the time what I need and a very polite treatment. Painless extraction, and vey affordable if you’re an out of the pocket patient. I’m definitely recommending this Dr. for any dentist treatment.

called to make an appointment for consultation - though the doctor is within my insurance network, they rejected my insurance and told me i have to pay out of pocket because their office policy charges patients that've seen two or more dentists elsewhere. i was more than confused as ive never heard something like that at any doctors office.sounds very money hungry to me. how can an office with such ridiculous and money hungry policies do the right thing for patients?

Dr.Goriounov is very professional, highly skill dentist! Always performs at high level, his expertise and knowledge is tremendous, his work is amazing! Definitely recommended to all my family member and friends! That should be 10stars for him in the review...LOL

The best dentist I ever had (and believe me, I went through a lot different dentists)-does everything on his own: from teeth cleaning to crowns. Always pleasant and does the most professional job, always follows up and always let's you pay the balance in installments where you choose the amount. A+++++

Unprofessional, rude, arrogant unpleasant person, uses a cheap lab which produces low-quality crowns. Disrespectful, and does not care about customer's satisfaction, makes his own decision without communicating them to the customer, takes no steps to resolve issues/concerns. Worst experience of my life. Wasted over $7,000 on terrible work and non-existent customer service.
