I went to Dr. Diane Shieh for an impacted canine and braces. After over 3 years of having the braces and multiple visits, I actually feel sad to be done. I will miss everyone there. She was absolutely the best! She always was fun to talk with and was extremely professional when it came to her work. Highly recommend anyone in the area to visit her.

I really appreciate how Dr. Diane directs the conversation toward my son to make sure he understands what is going on. This office is very welcoming and professional and I have no doubt that my son is in good hands here. I highly, highly recommend this office!

Dr. Diane has a way of making all her patients feel valued and like they are truly part of the partnership, no matter their age. All four of my children have left her office with a complete understanding of what is happening in their mouths and how together they will work to fix all the problems. Additionally, all her staff equally treat my children and I like we are part of the 'Amherst Orthodontist' family. They know us all by name, who we are related to, and repeatedly ask about our lives. They are incredible.

Dr. Di and the staff provided my son with an AWESOME smile! The office was always professional, helpful and courteous--even though she is really busy. I think that's a good thing! Student pick-up bus is a definite plus for a busy family. Couldn't give a stronger recommendation. Amherst Ortho did not disappoint.

I never thought I'd have to have braces a second time, and as an adult. I have been so fortunate to have such a wonderful caring Doctor to take care of me during my second round of braces. Each time I'm in the seat the Doctor and her staff take the time to explain what they are doing and where I'm at according to my plan. I'd recommend Dr. Shieh to anyone!

From our very first visit, Dr. Diane and her amazing, warm, and wonderful staff has made us feel right at home. Orthodontics can be a scary and lengthy process for kids, but mine look forward to every single visit! We love Dr. Diane's approach of waiting until the time is right for braces, and then keeping the braces on only as long as necessary to achieve the results we're looking for. Dr Diane was careful to set clear expectations for me the whole way through the process. DrDiane and her team of amazing professional assistance made the 20 months in braces go by seamlessly. My teeth look great, and I know it was a valuable investment in my overall dental hygiene! My daughter, is now under the excellent care of Dr Diane and we know the results will be impeccable !
