Dr. Bici and her staff are wonderful. She is kind, gentle and very professional. She takes an interest in you overall as a patient and your overall health.

Condescending, anxious, and mean. Dr Bici found a small cavity on my left back molar, and made a big deal about how I needed to 'have the tooth opened'. Thought that's what x-rays are for, but nah, let's pump the patient full of Novocaine and drill like there's oil in their mouth! There wasn't enough pain killer, and I felt all of it. Dr Bici told me that I should not feel anything, that I was being dramatic, and when I was sobbing in pain, she stopped in the middle of the procedure to give a temporary filling (which was almost all of the tooth!), gave me a lecture about how dentistry used to be so much more painful, and that I needed to see a new dentist due to my anxiety about pain. Making fun of my disability was the icing on this awful cake. She then walked me out and promptly fired me as a patient, despite being a patient at this practice since 2014. I now need to find a new dentist and practice who can give me a crown to fix Bici's drill work on my molar.
