Dr. Ethan Long, DDS

They are thieves and will deceive you about what insurance covers and what procedure you are getting. I have periodontal disease and had a root planning last year, which went great. The hygienist told me I could just have regular cleanings from here on out. REGULAR CLEANINGS, not special periodontal ones that go against a deductible instead of a copay. I received an EOB back also informing me that Ethan Long DDS is now out of network with my insurance, so good riddance. The customer service is garbage and the dentist himself urged me to get a tooth pulled unnecessarily, and he leaned on me heavily to get the most expensive implant to replace it. They are greedy and deceptive. Avoid if you like your medical personnel have integrity and not be casual liars.

Dr. Long and every single person on his staff are kind, personable, understanding professionals. I have never felt comfortable at the dentist until I found their office, and I will recommend them to everyone I know!

Sigh of relief! I usually don't look forward to seeing the dentist, such a cold atmosphere and rarely any interaction, until Dr. Long came around! He is so friendly, not rushed, thoroughly explains if needed and makes you feel so comfortable. Definitely recommend paying him a visit.

Dr Long has been my Dentist ever since he’s been in Kodak. I have had several different types of procedures and have been 100% satisfied. He has a gentle hand and does awesome work. I highly recommend Dr Long for all your dentistry needs. My son also sees Dr Long so I highly recommend him if you have kids as well.

I went to Dr. Long to get a cavity filled. Dr. Long was very friendly. But I have been in pain for over 3 weeks due to his methods. They didn't file the cavity composite down enough, so I had to go 3 days without eating solid foods (due to them being closed on Fri/Sat/Sun). They fixed it on Monday. But my jaw has been severely bruised from him pushing the Novocain needles in WAY too deep. I highly suggest finding a dentist with more experience so that you're not in pain unnecessarily.
