Dr. Ernest Tiller, DMD

Ms. Kelly needs immediate communication and customer service training. She rudely spoke about the condition of my son's teeth and suggested cleanings/xray that she said were required just to fix one cracked tooth. A prior posting supports that they are requiring services that are unnecessary just to treat one area. This is a clear case of how suppprt staff can harm a dentist business. Dr. Tillar is a good dentist, but I am sure he has no idea about how Ms. Kelly speaks to his patients specifically in this case a young black male. Do better Ms. Kelly!

Dr. Tiller provides outstanding dental guidance and work. He's always professional and willing to thoroughly explain your dental plan and treatment. His office is clean and comfortable with a competent staff. Highly recommend Dr. Tiller for your family dentist. They always have good music playing in the office also to make your visit more accommodating.

I’m so upset about the fact that my husband spent 2 hours in this office this morning where he was pressured into getting several unnecessary X-rays that he was told that they had to do in order for them to complete his routine examination and then was told that unless he agreed to have a costly “Deep Cleaning” procedure that they would not do his routine cleaning that he was there for in the first place. So we left the office after paying $64.00 for x-rays without having his teeth cleaned! My husband had been to his Orthodontist 3 months earlier and a different general dentist 6 months earlier where he’d had the exact same examinations done and neither of them found any reason for him to have this “Deep Cleaning” procedure done. He’s seen a dentist routinely every 6 months for the past 35 years at least!
