Dr. Ernest Miller Jr, DDS

Our experience was unsatisfactory. My boyfriend came in with a severe toothache and Dr. Miller refused to treat him with anything but antibiotics “because he is still working during COVID-19.” It made no sense to turn someone away with urgent medical issues. The front office knew he was still working, and did not brief my boyfriend on their precautionary measures. He paid the $65 to hear that they could not help him. The way he conducted himself was unprofessional and inexcusable. If you are not willing to see patients during this time, close your doors instead of taking people’s money and sending them away without giving them actual treatment.

A class act. I'm estatic that Tricare Dental has him as a provider.

His receptionist/office manager Nicole is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I went there one time and when leaving knew I would never return because of her. She also was inappropriately dressed for a professional environment. If her skirt was any shorter she might as well not have been wearing one. I'm not the only one I hear she's been rude to. Why would Dr. Miller keep such a person employed. She certainly doesn't represent his office well. First impressions always last.
