I was Dr. Grant's last patient in dental school. He completed his final boards exam on one of my teeth that had 2 cavities, one being in practically the worst place possible. He was patient, focused, and attentive. The novocane wore off before he was finished (I've always metabolized it quickly) and I only had to attempt to let him know once because he noticed immediately (I have no pain tolerance, it's literally negative infinity!). I also have sky high anxiety, but it didn't matter because he answered all my questions and encouraged me to communicate if I experienced any discomfort at all. He has a personality too! People are somehow still afraid to go to the dentist, but I'd go see this guy any day... Well, I still live in KC, and St. Louis is a lot far, but this guy's "gold"!!
