The entire office is pretentious and acts like they are in high school. Prepare to have your conversations with the receptionist taken out of context and gossiped about. Prepare for accusatory phone calls. Prepare to be taken advantage of financially. Prepare for completely immature overreactions on behalf of Dr. Klein because apparently having concerns and rescheduling isn't allowed.
After 6 years as a patient, and previously having had my father as a patient, Dr. Klein so unprofessionally and unkindly sent me a letter in the mail (passive aggressive) terminating our patient-dentist relationship. Don't think she won't do the same exact thing to you. Thank you for showing me your true colors, Dr. Klein. My father was right about you. I will HAPPILY not be returning to this childish practice.

I called to make an appointment for my 93 year older mother who had chipped her front tooth. She was given an appointment the same day. Dr. Klein was terrific with her and made her feel comfortable and at ease ... She is an excellent dentist and gave my mom a new smile! The staff, as well, are congenial, helpful and very supportive and friendly. Thank you so very much... My mom is coming back for a full checkup next week!! A superb experience all around!!
