Dr. Booth is absolutely wonderful but her office staff is completely unprofessional and impossible to deal with. The lack of documentation by the office staff is laughable. They will text you unrelenting about upcoming visits but do not attempt to inform you of a balance and have 0 documentation regarding their “attempts” to reach you prior to sending your bill onto a collection.
