Dr. Eric Volk, DDS

I wouldn't say he's the worst; however, I wouldn't say he's the best either. Root canal done. Seemed a bit arrogant and defensive to me. Did not seem to like answering question. Appeared to have done an adequate job. I would love to find a dentist that is more focused on patient care than receiving payment and having disclaimer information signed to protect them from ... whatever might come up as a result of their work.

I had to get a root canal, and like anyone I am terrified of dental work. Dr. Volk and all the staff took the extra time to make me comfortable and calm. I was asked multiple times throughout my procedure if I was okay or in pain, this helps an already anxious patient to relax. I can't say enough about the level of care and professionalism I received from the entire office. The entire procedure went well with no adverse outcomes.

Dr. Volk was impatient and would not explain what he was doing as he performed my procedure. Do not recommend at all.

I was experiencing pain at a 12 on a 1-10 scale late in the day. Although Dr. Volk was totally booked he agreed to see me. He and his professional, simply fantastic staff addressed my problem. My issue was one that took extra time and ran into the evening. No one was concerned with anything but the successful outcome. Successful it was to say the least. The pain was gone the next morning and the procedure was done perfectly. I will always be thankful for the compassionate and caring way in which I was treated from the moment I entered Dr. Volk's office. Both staff and the office itself are a very comforting. When I was in extreme pain and discomfort Dr. Volk and his staff were there to help. I had never seen or met anyone in this office before this day. I am forever thankful to them all.

Great Dr and staff!! Recommend Dr Volks office for your root canal. Also a great dentist office across the hall ??. Dr Volk is very trustworthy.

I was fearful of a root canal. I had heard that it was "terrible". Well, I found myself needing a root canal and thank God a friend recommended Dr. Volk. I had significant pain and an infected tooth. His office got me in the same day that I called. Dr. Volk assessed my tooth and performed the root canal the same day! He thoroughly numbed the site. And, I felt no nerve pain during the procedure. NONE! My fears were far worse than the actual procedure. If you need a root canal--call Dr. Volk!

Waited an hour to be seen. Even with my dentist's notes and my telling him, he touched the painful spot twice during the exam. Not going back. Will not recommend him.

The absolute WORST dental experience of my life - I would NEVER recommend Dr Volk under any circumstances

If all you have is a hammer, every problem looks like a nail. This overused chestnut explains my experience with this dds. Have pain after a root canal? Well let's just drill right back in. Have pain in another tooth? You need a root canal. There's no real explaining what's going on. Want to be treated like a widget on an assembly line? Want to get the same drugs as every other patient? Well then Dr. Volk is your man.
