2 year billing struggle
My daughter had a small procedure done February 2021. Billing codes changed from estimate and bill was 10 times the amount. Spent many hours working out billing situation from April 2021 through January 2023. The PA and Dr. Kamel are good and they take the time to answer questions. We only saw Dr. Stelnicki the day of surgery. Dr. Stelnicki skills are good. The office staff is terrible. They do not return calls and are only good at 'putting out fires' when patients are fed up with trying to get anyone to respond.

My 17 year-old daughter suffer an accident in Jan 2021. She fractured several bones of her face, including the roof and floor of her right orbit, her cheek bone and her nasal bones. One of the nerves of her face was crushed by the fractured bones, making her face asymmetric. Our initial visit to Dr. S’s office made evident the quality of human being and physician he is. He treated my daughter with true empathy, and took enough time to explain to my daughter, my husband and I step by step the procedure he would perform to repaired her injuries. He not only treated my daughter, but us, her parents, as we were also very affected. Dr. S. repaired/ replaced my daughter’s fractured bones with titanium, and also repaired the crushed nerve giving her face a completely normal and natural appearance. Words aren’t enough to express our gratitude for the compassion, empathy and professionalism Dr. S. treated us with. Our endless gratitude to you, Dr. Stelnicki May God bless your hands forever!

I can’t speak @ Dr Stelnicki as I haven’t seen him but the front desk woman that answered today was horrible/borderline rude. Called 11-1130AM & no answer/voicemail. Called at 4pm & she answered. 2 biopsies from my derm came bk cancerous. Dr Stelnicki has gd reviews & accepts Tricare (retired USAF disabled veteran). 1st avail appt Oct 10! Asked if canx so can have earlier appt. She immed said NO w/o looking. Scared & cancer can’t wait. I will find another surgeon w/ employees that will help me.

Had an appointment with Dr Stelnicki at atlantic center surgery in Naples. Had to wait an hour to finally see the doctor and then the consult was only 10 minutes with a request to see our child next month. Only the doctor failed to tell us he wasn't in Naples then and that we would have to drive over to his other office - 2 hours away.

Dr. Stelniki employs a very unprofessional and inept office staff. They don't know what they are doing. It's only a matter of time before a serious tragedy occurs and someone has to pay the price. I hope it's not you or your kid. This is a bad choice!

I drove 2.5 hrs one way to ea. appt. Cigna paid them electronically for the first 2 appts. I called them while I was on my way to the 3rd appt and they had canceled my appt and surgery without telling me! When I arrived at the office they refused to run the 3rd appt & made me self-pay $200.00. I had to find another doctor to treat my 3 mo old son in the middle of a treatment and start all over. No compassion or understanding... patients are just numbers. Would not recommend.

He detected something in 3 seconds on my 7 months old baby that the pediatrician didn't noticed since my daughter is born! 3 weeks later the surgery was booked and now it's an old history!

Yesterday Dr. Stelnicki removed a lump from the bottom of my nose. I can't say enough about his level of professionalism. It took about 20 minutes, & I am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend him.

Very rude staff, I had to pull teeth to get anyone to return my calls or work with me. I only reached them after I called several times and eventually they just cleared my calls and didn't contact me at all. I wish I would have read all of the other reviews on how horrible the staff treats their patients so I would not have wasted my time. My only experience with the Doctor was waiting for over an hour until I finally went out to ask someone if they forgot about me,then he came in for 5 minutes.

Doctor has no problem in quickly processing a payment, but he does have a problem communicating and overbooking clients. After first telling my wife he or his office would call regarding test results, we waited weeks and never received a call. Only after calling a dozen times did we get a rude reply Prepare to wait 2 hours per visit. Doctor or staff provide no updates as to why there are nonstop delays. Waiting room is pure chaos with tons of angry moms and overbookings to the extreme
