Dr. Reed and staff
Dr. Reed’s office was able to give me a last minute appointment for an infected tooth requiring extraction. I was extremely pleased with their care and professionalism. My tooth was extracted without complications, and, post procedure I had very little pain and bleeding. The entire procedure and post op care was explained to me in detail.

I was referred to West Shore by my dentist for oral implants. Dr. Reed and his staff are all very efficient and to the point. They are caring. Linda was good in taking time to explain the process to me on my initial visit. In October I had 3 extractions and grafting to prepare for implants and no more pain than to be expected. Healing went well and 6 1/2 months later Dr. Reed put the posts in. He is gentle and kind and everything went well. After the initial 24 hours, I have had no swelling and very little pain.

My usual dentist referred me to Dr. Reed in order to deal with a specialized root canal problem. Dr. Reed explained the situation and his treatment extremely clearly. 24 hours after treatment I have very little discomfort, and have not needed to use any pain pills, which I attribute to his thoroughness and neatness . He is also the fastest dentist with the Novocain I have ever seen.

Dr Reed does not seem to be interested in caring for his patients when they have complications We were completely unable to reach him during an emergency, and his staff even seems at a loss as how to reach him in the event of an emergency.

Just wanted to post about the wonderful experience I had at Dr. Reed's office today. At the age of 65 years old and not having a tooth pooled since I was a child, I needed to have a cracked tooth extracted. I decided to just have pain meds versus sedation. I can truly say it was a very comfortable procedure. I have had more pain when having a filling. The staff is very kind and personable & Dr. Reed is caring and answered all my questions and was very reassuring through the whole procedure
