Incredible Care and Chair side manner!
I was in need of a crown on a bottom molar and to be honest was really apprehensive and afraid of what to expect. Dr. Parsons explained what he was going to do in a way I could understand, which really set me at ease. No One wants to have this sort of appointment but he was gentle and easy going but focused on me during the entire appointment. He and his assistant were very kind and compassionate by checking on me as he was treating me. I really liked the way he treated his assistant with respect, using please and thank you. Now, I have a beautiful crown and feel secure in any next visit with Dr. Parsons. Great care, wonderful doctor.

Dr. Parsons recommended a root canal on a pre-molar. I must admit that I was more than apprehensive. Having never had one he took the time to explain not only why I needed this treatment, he explained what the process would be. I have always heard what a big deal getting a root canal was, but with Dr. Parsons, I was completely at ease, and absolutely in NO PAIN in any way, during and after. He completed my treatment with a Cerec crown which from what I understand was the best option for me. I will return for any other need I have, and regular visits, I will also recommend him to my family and friends.
