Dr. Eric McDonough, DMD

I Absolutely do Not recommend this office - Especially if you are a parent with young children. After several years of always accompanying my daughter to her appointments, their latest hygienist tried to bully and pressure my nervous 6 year old into going alone into her latest exam. She told me it was "their policy", but had no answer when I asked, "Since when? I have Always accompanied her with no issue." She then proceeded to try to shame me, stating "It's just a cleaning. I have kids too." I then reminded her my daughter is ONLY SIX. She then called me "Absurd" and was extremely rude. We should have left right then and there, but it had already taken them months to get my daughter in and I didn't want her to have to wait even longer. A few days later, the office sent a letter DISMISSING my daughter from their practice. Absolutely unprofessional, inappropriate behavior.

Dr. McDonough did an excellent job to make my son feel comfortable and informed about his teeth. He also discussed with me what was going on with my son’s teeth. I was impressed with his professionalism!

Very nice and personable. He did rush anything and answered all my questions! I will definitely be returning and recommending him to family and friends. Short wait time and very kind staff.

Dr. McDonough and his staff are very friendly. He made my visits relaxing. He helped me with any concerns I had. They always get me in when I need to be seen.

I'm pleased with Dr. McDonough's treatment. He is professional, yet kind. He takes the time to really give a thorough exam while being personable. His staff is great, as well.

Dr. McDonough is incredibly personable, professional and skilled. His staff is accommodating and courteous. In addition, he is prompt with appointment scheduling, I have never had to sit for a long time waiting for my appointment! He is an amazing dentist!

This office visit starts with a wonderful reception and a room full of smiles. The ladies there know you by name and are extremely friendly and informative. They answer all questions and make you feel like a person rather than just a patient. I've gone to this office for 6 years and will never go anywhere else. I came to them with many dental problems and they talked me through everything and took my opinions to heart. They truly restored my smile and my confidence. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Dr. McDonough was very through with my examination and cleaning. He did not rush the exam or cleaning. He told me what he was looking for and checked for possible medical conditions and problems that might be hidden. I was very satisfied with him.
