He explains everything. I had come as a 2nd opinion and Thank God I found him. The woman I went to first had me thinking my whole mouth was bad and was awful , experience. Just because one doctor is rated very high, think and ask around. His staff especially Melissa wonderful and kind. Dr. Herbert would answer any question I would ask. Would highly recommend .

Dr. Hebert and his staff are always kind and informative of my care. He is honest and upfront of the procedures that are required and payment options. I had to pay out of pocket for my surgery due to my insurance not being in network; however, Dr. Hebert’s office submits my claims timely and he has always returned credits from my insurance claims. Mrs. Ethel, One of his the dentist hygienists, is warm and caring as well. His office staff makes you feel welcomed. Above all, Dr. Hebert is well trained and shows dedication to his specialty.

I had an emergency and called on a busy day for Dr. Hebert & team...but they worked me in immediately and addressed this issue. As always competent, thorough and professional. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Hebert as my periodontist. He is excellent as are his people.

Dr. Hebert and his team are absolutely the best for solving complex tooth and gum issues. Dr. Hebert's procedures are done quickly, with state-of-the art tools, and with great precision. Most of all, the team compassionate care for all patients.

While the office team was nice to work with through all the covid changes. I had not been sent any early forms to complete and was then treated as it was my fault. The gave me an iPad with another clients information on which they then did not understand the issue. The Dr was nice but seemed to ignore the notes from the dentist that sent me and procecdedd to quote me the most extreme options of for a treatment without any initial conversation. As well while checking in insurance information left me waiting for 45 min before returning with the extreme treatment plans.

I have been a patient with Dr. Hebert for 5 years. They are genuine, kind, and professional. Always on time. Efficient and accurate managing insurance. You can just tell that they love what they do.

I was referred to him by another doctor. I went in for a deep gum cleaning because I have a type of gum disease. My appointment was for 1:00pm. I did not see him until 1:40pm. He did not apologize for being late. He examined my gums and told me we could start treatment same day. He left to go get his supplies for the procedure. Instead he comes back with repayment schedules and fee lists. I tell him I understand all the options and it won't be a problem. He then tells me he doesn't have time to treat me just after telling me that he would. He doesn't apologize for that miscommunication or his failure to observe the time. I leave paying out of pocket literally learning nothing new about my condition or receiving treatment. Very bad experience.
