I notified the office that my next cleaning would be an after braces cleaning and that I wouldn't be able to get x-rays. I had two conversations with the office about this. I was told they would tell the dentist. When I arrived and was in the chair and Dr. Forsberg found that I could not have x-rays, he told me I would get the minimum cleaning and could not come back to his office. They also billed me for services they did not provide. Why didn't they just tell me to reschedule?
