Like others, we had an unnecessary treatment. It was surgery and my daughter had a laryngospasm which is very serious. Afterwards, she had bleeding for hours. We had to take her to the emergency room. She hadn’t been properly stitched. We were pulling globs of clotted blood from her mouth 2-3 times an hour. Dr. Felix was unresponsive and when we did talk to him, he was unhelpful and angry with us. We went to my own dentist afterwards who confirmed that most of the work was unnecessary.

My son got a procedure done and was unnecessary. A lot of people warned me about this kind of situations but I never had a problem before. I am extremely discusted about the situation my child went thru. They do not let you go to the office with your child, they make you wait outside. Will never go back to this office. If you need to make an appointment it takes forever to connect, once took me 6 phones calls and the receptionist hanged up on me 6 TIMES!!! Unbelievable.
