Dr. Eric Brown, DDS

This was my second visit to the Dentist. I was getting a 5 point bridge from him. One evening a section of my old bridge crumbled eating lasagna. I called the next day and was told I could come in on Thursday this was on a Tuesday. I explained it was a front tooth so the receptionist told me I could walk in at 8:00 and be one of two accepted patients as they can only handle two emergency patients a day. When I arrived I was told to sit outside on an aluminum picknick table. I sat there for an hour and it was cold. So I got up and went to the office only to find the door locked the male receptionist came out a private door and told me I could go sit in my vehicle since it was too cold to sit outside. I am 65 years old. He already had an estimate to turn into my insurance for $8000.00. Where is the compassion these days. We are treated like a herd of cattle. I do not recommend this office.
