I've been a patient here for years and recently switched all of my children too. Dr. Dobak and Hilda are both very friendly. They take my concerns seriously and my children are pleased. I recommend this office to anyone who takes their dental health seriously and likes to be treated with respect.
I'll remain a loyal patient!

This place is seriously a joke, I don’t even know where to start. I mean I don’t think it’s difficult for someone to make a decision based on all the previous negative ?? reviews. Lately they don’t even have a receptionist to answer the phone and schedule appointments. It seems like he’s got this new assistant who’s the most unprofessional person I ever dealt with. She’s strictly ignorant who has no idea what’s going on and how to treat people with respect. This place needs to seriously go!!!

They don't answer the phone and the cleaning was mediocre at best. Staff is rude.

Dr. Dobak himself is a fine dentist for the most part. He gets overwhelmed easily with his employees and I find it hard for him to focus while yelling at an employee for a mistake. The employye's treat you like cattle. The head hygienist who has the most experience (25) years has no business doing what she does. She does not care one bit about patient comport and would rather let you gag on spit and water than vacuum it up. Old equipment held together by duct tape makes one wonder the hygiene.

Dr. Dobak isn't bad but the way he runs his clinic is terrible. He also really wasn't receptive to my concerns about the procedures I've gotten done there. You usually wait at least an hour on a good day before you even head back. It's really frustrating.

I had an appointment, and called before they officially opened to reschedule my appointment. They said no openings for 3months! I have state insurance. As an experiment I had a friend call literally the moment I hung up to schedule an appointment....she has private insurance.....they IMMMEDIATELY scheduled her on the same day. I then called back to try to reschedule mine for the same day and was told no, 3 month wait. The lady that answered was unapologetic , cold and arrogant. Im Disgusted
