Upselling Opportunity Beware!
I went for a consult & 2nd opinion on an implant. I brought my films from the first practice with me and explained that my insurance would NOT cover new xrays. They said it was no problem. In the exam room they proceeded to take xrays of my entire mouth. I told the tech I was here just for the implant consult. Next Dr. Wu came in and proceeded to tell me I had alot of dental issues such as cavities, broken tooth, old fillings that needed replacement, etc. I have gone to my regular dentist every 6 months for my adult life and luckily had a scheduled appointment 3 weeks after I saw Wu. He confirmed that I had NO additional cavities, cracked tooth, etc. Next I received a $205 bill from Wu's office for the UNAUTHORIZED X-RAYS!! I called and Francine told me that they 'don't do free consultations' but 'all I had to do was call and they would write off the xrays'. I paid the exam fee and she said 'Good Luck!' Rude and unprofessional. Don't go here, they will lie and cheat you to make $$!!

Dr Wu is wonderul Finance person is not
Dr Wu is wonderful and I sadly would love to go back but her receptionist finance person is so unprofessional and rude. I could not make a cleaning appt with hygienist as I was sick with covid and my husband called for me to cancel cleaning on the day of. She actually hung up on my husband and when he called back she blamed him. She also said 'people have to get paid'. Seriously? So rude. Scoffed at me when I said I could not afford 2 additional implants and argued with me that insurance would cover most of it. Dr Wu is wonderful and patient. I have a fear of dentists and she put me at ease. But cannot tolerate rudeness when you are a patient looking for help.

Overcharged
What a disappointment. Dr. Wu is a talented and kind dentist equipped with the latest technology. Unfortunately, her office manager, Francine, was very unhelpful and disrespectful when I inquired about payment and insurance. For example, she claimed it would take 60 days to receive information about an insurance claim, but the insurance company actually sends a letter of benefit statement within 15 days. This discrepancy leaves you questioning the timeline exaggeration. Additionally, voicemails and emails were consistently left unanswered. I regret leaving Dr. Wu, but if you are a new patient considering working with her, I recommend double-checking payments and coverage with your insurance company as I felt I was overcharged.

First time visit
Telehealth
I was highly recommended by a radio station WRKO to see Dr. Wu when I broke my back molar, I called Dr. Wu. They got me in very quickly. I have never been so impressed with the office staff all the technicians. The doctor herself was amazing. Had a cap put on on my first time being there no waiting did it that day couldn’t have been more pleased with the way things came out that doctor is amazing. I would highly recommend Dr. Wu to anybody who’s looking for a great dentist.

I went in for a crown that fell out from a different dentist. Their price was $2000 more than another estimate I had. Very high pressure unprofessional finance person. My visit to them cost $600 for the crown put back on. They are the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist.
