When I first had dental work, I was embarrassed to disclose that at 47 yrs of age, I still had a horrible fear of the dental drill. It didn't take long before Dr. Rifkin figured it out for himself. I immediately felt that Dr. Rifkin had made a genuine empathetic connection with me. He is compassionate & caring. He takes time to listen and to communicate step by step what he is doing, always reassuring me that I will be just fine. Thank you Dr. Rifkin for being so patient & kind.
