This place completely ripped us off in a semi-emergency, and I don't want this to happen to anyone else. The ortho my other child was using was not answering the phone, and did not call us back (they aren't the best, but they bought out the people we were using mid-treatment), and I couldn't remember if my daughter had used their practice, or another one no longer in business anyway. I was looking to move to a new ortho for my other kids, so I was already open to switching. Of course, I was out of town when my daughter's permanent retainer broke, and my husband was flying out at noon, so we had a limited time frame. Hindsight, I paid a fortune for not (even thinking about) having her general dentist remove the retainer instead. They charged us $433 for 10m to scrape some glue off (no replacement, and eluded that it was more complicated that it was), and THEN charged 3% when my husband used the HSA card. I'd avoid this place at all cost. They also do not do free evaluations.
